ABOUT

Future Human Systems Research (FHSR) develops structured reasoning tools for global foresight. We integrate long-horizon systems thinking, computational modeling, and scenario analysis to improve collective inference under deep uncertainty.

WHO WE ARE

FHSR is a globally distributed team of researchers, systems thinkers, and technologists working at the intersection of complexity science, evolutionary theory, behavioral modeling, and AI. Our backgrounds span academic research, strategic policy, quantitative finance, and systems engineering. What unites us is a commitment to structural foresight: building frameworks that enable clear reasoning under uncertainty in complex global systems.

Founder

“What we need now is a profound 2nd opinion to make better decisions. If there's no one who is providing this we're lost“

ABOUT

Future Human Systems Research (FHSR) develops structured reasoning tools for global foresight. We integrate long-horizon systems thinking, computational modeling, and scenario analysis to improve collective inference under deep uncertainty.

Operating at the intersection of network science, reliable research, curated human expertise, and AI-augmented exploratory simulation FHSR approach is globally balanced and culturally grounded. Unlike conventional foresight, FHSR generates structured scenario spaces to support humanity to think better about the future.

FOUNDER

“What we need now is a profound 2nd opinion to make better decisions. If there's no one who is providing this we're lost“

FHSR is led by Dr. Tamás Dávid-Barrett, an economist–anthropologist at the University of Oxford with a background spanning network science, macroeconomics, and AI-driven modeling. He has advised governments, Fortune 500 companies, and international institutions, and is recognized for pioneering work on the structural foundations of human social systems.

Until now, our efforts have been directed toward core model architecture, foundational research, and selective institutional engagements.
